A highlight of the HK Arts Festival programme, the World Music Weekend is a sonic journey across continents. This year’s selection brings klezmer music from eastern Europe, Korea’s singer-storyteller pansori tradition, and Buryat-Mongol music from the vast and distant Lake Baikal region of Siberia. Experience great artistry and traditions, developed over centuries and now brought into the 21st century.
The HK Arts Festival launched in 1973, is a major international arts festival committed to enriching the cultural life of the city by presenting leading local and international artists in all genres of the performing arts as well as a diverse range of “PLUS” and educational events in February and March each year.

THE world’s greatest drumming legend Steve Gadd, known for his collaboration with Paul Simon, Steely Dan, Eric Clapton, Chick Corea and James Taylor, among others, is coming back to HK on 28 February 2018, featuring; Saxophonist, Michael Blicher and Hammond Organ wizard Dan Hemmer.

Movie Premiere When The Sun Rises, February 5th 2018, 7:30PM, AIA Great European Carnival. When The Sun Rises is a historical drama set against the eve of the Hong Kong Handover on 30 June 1997, during the final hours of British-sovereign rule over the crown colony of Hong Kong before it is handed back to the motherland, Mainland China.

DELTA open_air is back on October 7th, 2017! Electronic music continues to grow in popularity in the city. Three festivals for fans of electronic music will be bringing the noise to Hong Kong between now and December: Road to Ultra, Delta Open Air and Creamfields.
Now approaching its eighth year, Outlook Festival has been bringing Bass Music Culture to music fans from across the world – and this is no exception for Hong Kong this year. Outlook Festival is launching a party on May 13 in Ma On Shan, Hong Kong, with numerous well-known or rising DJs performing.
